The 2019-2020 school year will start on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. Classes will begin at 8:00 am. Dismissal will be at 1:23 pm.

The PTA invites you to come and walk the campus and locate your classroom, buy
Spirit Wear, have a special treat from our PTA, say hello to our principal, Mrs. Cao-Garcia, and pick up a Volunteer Application.

Students will be dismissed at 12:39 pm on Wednesday, June 5th, Thursday, June 6th, & Friday, June 7th. Please remember to pick up your Kindergartner and 1st grader on time!

Culmination activities will take place on the following days:
5th grade on Tuesday, June 4th at 8:00 am,
Morning Pre-Kinder on Wednesday, June 5th at 9:00 am,
Afernoon Pre-Kinder on Wednesday, June 5th at 1:00 pm, & Kindergarten on Thursday, June 6th at 8:00 am.

Our 4th and 5th grade students will be showcasing the dances they have been learning this year. Come and enjoy an evening full of dance on Friday, May 3rd from 5:30 p.m to 7 p.m.

Capistrano students will be performing the Annie Jr. Musical on Friday, April 5th, 2019 at 6:00pm & Saturday, April 6th at 2:00pm.
Concession sales and doors open one hour before show time.
Tickets will be $10 at the door, $8 pre-sale tickets begins March 18 and ends March 29th. (everyone over the age of 2 will need a ticket)

The 2018-2019 School Experience Survey will be going home the week of November 5. Please take the time to complete this survey and return school with your child's teacher. If you wish to take the survey online, please click on the yellow letters above and you will be directed to the School Experience Survey site.

Join us at our next PTA meeting on Friday, November 9th. The meeting will begin at 8:05 am in the Parent Center. We hope to see you there!

Capistrano Avenue students will return to classes for the 2018-2019 school year on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. School will begin at 8:00 am, with the main gate opening at 7:30 am. Please remember that students will be dismissed at 1:23 pm on the first day of school and every Tuesday the rest of the year.
